My name is Maddie Hart
I was inspired to become a personal trainer and coach in 2022 after sustaining a skiing injury and finding the guidance of my own personal trainer to be the motivation I needed to see successful results in my recovery and progress. I believe that movement can help everyone, no matter what your ability level is, how much previous experience you have or what your goal is. It can help us physically and mentally on so many levels. Whether its focussing in on a specific goal, wanting to keep up with the kids or grandchildren or improving your health and fitness levels for you and your own longevity, health and fitness is for every body! It's just about finding the right fit!

1-2-1 SESSIONS
Perfect for anyone who is new to training, particularly strength and resistance training as we can really focus on perfecting your form and some key movement patterns. One-to-one sessions are a great way to gain knowledge and build your confidence in the gym and with strength and resistance training. Every session is tailored to you to help you reach your goals no matter what your starting point is!
